We are working with a well-established national organisation in the construction sector, currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics across its operations. This is a key hire for someone with a solid background in supporting CRM systems, who understands their value in driving customer engagement and operational efficiency.
The role sits within the Business Systems team and will focus on supporting the Dynamics platform, engaging with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, and working with third-party providers to ensure the system is delivering value to the business. You will be given autonomy to take ownership of support and ongoing enhancements to the platform, with opportunities to influence future improvements.
Key responsibilities:- Provide second-line support for CRM users, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and in line with agreed SLAs
- Work closely with third-party vendors to manage and escalate technical issues
- Deliver configuration changes, minor enhancements and system improvements
- Support user adoption through workshops, documentation and training collaboration
- Monitor performance of the CRM system and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in UAT and provide support for new feature rollouts
- Travel occasionally to regional offices to support end-users on site
- Previous experience supporting CRM platforms (Dynamics or similar)
- An understanding of how CRM systems support customer-facing and sales functions
- Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable taking ownership of support activity and liaising with third parties
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed (Car & License Required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in the housebuilding, property or construction sectors
- £50,000 base salary
