Our client is looking to expand on its AI capability, focused on delivering secure Generative AI solutions across the business. This role will play a key part in designing, implementing and optimising AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot and Large Language Models (LLMs).
We're looking for an experienced AI Prompt Engineer who combines Microsoft Copilot expertise with hands-on experience building LLM agents and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop and optimise prompts for enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and related technologies.
- Build and implement LLM-powered agents capable of automating business processes and supporting complex user interactions.
- Develop, test and refine prompts to improve response quality, consistency and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and applications.
- Proven experience delivering Generative AI or LLM solutions within enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, including M365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing and building LLM agents or AI-powered workflows using Azure OpenAI or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search or agent orchestration frameworks would be advantageous.
