We're working with a Web3 infrastructure team building a next-generation blockchain protocol designed to support scalable decentralised applications and financial systems. Following continued growth in their ecosystem, they are now looking to hire a Protocol Engineer to join their core engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain core blockchain protocol components
- Contribute to node architecture, networking layers and system performance
- Work on distributed systems and peer-to-peer networking infrastructure
- Support development of scaling infrastructure including rollups and L2 architecture
- Collaborate with smart contract, infrastructure, and research teams across the stack
Key Skills:
- Strong programming experience in Rust, Go or C++
- Experience building distributed systems/Back End infrastructure
- Understanding of blockchain architecture and execution layers
