We're seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support and maintain a complex IT environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across Servers, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
What you'll be doing:
- Support Servers, networks, and on-prem infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services using Active Directory
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents and outages
- Perform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance
- Support virtualised environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Assist with infrastructure projects and continuous improvements
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an infrastructure or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and networking fundamentals
