Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Engineer | £500 - £570 per day (Inside IR35) | 6-month initial contract | Start: ASAP | Fully remote (UK) Our client is looking for a hands-on ZPA Engineer to help deliver a time-sensitive migration from Citrix to Zscaler Private Access. The groundwork is done, app connectors and core infrastructure are already deployed. Your job is to get the migration over the line by finishing the ZPA configuration, resolving rollout issues as they appear, and recommending designs that keep the platform easy to run long after the project ends.
What you'll do
Configure and support ZPA application segments, access policies and related deployment activities Troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector, App Connectors and application access problems during rollout Investigate connectivity issues, including DNS behaviour and the differences between business units Work with technical stakeholders to move business-critical applications from Citrix to ZPA Recommend architecture that simplifies day-to-day administration and cuts operational overhead Keep project teams and end users informed while you gather issue details and resolve access problems Document configurations, findings and recommendations Complete a short knowledge-transfer period with the European architect, then drive the migration forward independently What you'll bring Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting ZPA, including application segments and access policies Solid experience with Zscaler Client Connector and ZPA App Connectors Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, firewall rules and application traffic flows The ability to diagnose application specific access issues and propose practical fixes Technologies: ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector, App Connectors, DNS, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, ERP applications If this sounds like a good fit, apply now!
