Requirements
- Strong experience building voice AI or real-time speech systems

Responsibilities
- Productionise a voice AI system from an existing proof of concept
- Work with voice platforms such as ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or similar tools
- Improve real‑time performance and reduce latency
- Design lightweight orchestration using simple, deterministic flows over complex prompt chains
- Integrate customer and internal data using RAG approaches
- Optimise cost, reliability, and system efficiency
- Build and maintain API‑ and SDK‑based voice pipelines
- Support secure handling of sensitive and PII data
