SDR / Outbound Lead (Fintech) | Remote Our client is a fast-growing, AI-native fintech platform building next-generation technology infrastructure for institutional finance. Early-stage but already showing strong traction, with a growing institutional client base. They're hiring someone to build their outbound/SDR function from scratch - owning prospecting, outreach, product demos, and meeting generation for institutional clients, with meetings handed off to the commercial team to convert.

What you'll be doing:

Building target lists and outbound processes from the ground up Prospecting and reaching out to institutional buyers Demoing the product directly to prospects Setting up qualified meetings for colleagues to take forward and convert Owning the tools, messaging, and tracking for the function as it scales What we're looking for: Experience in public or private markets, with a solid understanding of institutional clients Proven outbound/prospecting background Comfortable building a function without an existing playbook Self-starter, resilient, confident engaging senior stakeholders What's on offer: Strong base, DOE, with a performance-based bonus structure that has potential to double base Fully remote role Immediate start SDR / Outbound Lead (Fintech) | Remote Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
