Type: Permanent We're looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Support Analyst to join a growing team supporting a business-critical Salesforce environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Salesforce Administration or Application Support experience who enjoys solving user issues, improving processes, and acting as the go-to person for the platform.
Unlike a traditional IT support role, you'll focus on supporting and developing the Salesforce platform while working closely with users across the business.
What you'll be doing Providing 1st and 2nd line support for Salesforce Health Cloud users.
Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.
Managing user accounts, permissions and access.
Supporting Salesforce configuration and administration.
Gathering business requirements and recommending improvements.
Creating reports and dashboards.
Supporting platform enhancements and system changes.
Working with technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
Logging and managing work through Jira.
Producing user documentation and delivering end-user training where required.
