You'll play a central role in shaping our payroll operations - ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, every time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing in line with legislation and internal controls
  • Support and optimise payroll processes within Workday
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Drive continuous improvement across payroll processes and ways of working
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to provide trusted, expert payroll advice

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and current payroll legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
