We are currently seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join a global IT provider in the Manchester area. They are a growing global company where you can work on diverse, enterprise-level projects while making a real impact in an agile, collaborative team. This role requires strong IT industry knowledge to take ownership of their marketing strategy.
It will be your responsibility to manage a website overhaul. You'll manage the full customer journey, from lead generation to conversion and retention, developing and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across website optimisation, content, digital channels, and CRM. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with execution, using data and insight to align marketing activity with sales growth and customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve the overall marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with business growth and sales objectives.
- Own and optimise the website as a core lead-generation engine, including content, UX, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, web) to drive qualified leads through the funnel.
- Create and execute compelling content and thought leadership to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to position key services and solutions effectively in the market.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using data to continuously improve lead generation and campaign impact.
About you:
- Proven experience managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or similar).
- Strong visual and creative skills using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn about technology, products, and customer markets.
