With AI transforming how people discover brands, you'll play a key role in shaping strategies that go beyond traditional SEO, incorporating GEO, AEO and AI-powered search visibility.
What you'll be doing
The role offers a varied mix of client leadership, technical delivery and strategic thinking: Account management (50%): Lead client relationships, own campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable commercial results. Technical SEO (30%): Drive technical audits, crawlability, indexing, schema, site architecture and performance improvements. Strategy (20%): Shape forward-thinking SEO strategies for clients and help develop your team, keeping pace with the changing search landscape. People leadership: Mentor and develop team members, manage workloads and create an environment where people can thrive.
What we're looking for
At least 3 years' SEO experience, including 2 years in a management role. Experience across both client/account management and people management. Strong technical SEO knowledge and confidence using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console. A commercial mindset, with experience building client relationships and growing accounts. Knowledge or practical experience of GEO, AEO and AI search optimisation . The ability to turn complex SEO challenges into clear strategies and measurable results.
