An exciting company within the events space are looking for a driven Product Manager to join their growing technical team. This high-impact role will put you at the centre of the organiser journey, enabling event promoters from small independent events to large-scale festivals - with world-class tools to manage, scale, and optimise their events. You will own the full-stack experience, from onboarding and analytics to ticketing infrastructure and event-day operations, with the chance to make a visible impact on both organisers and attendees. You will be collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Software Developers, others within the Product Team, and big players within the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build intuitive dashboards, analytics, and inventory management tools
- Translate commercial and organiser feedback into actionable product improvements
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and squad delivery
- Use AI and rapid prototyping to accelerate ideation and execution
- Track KPIs and ensure every release delivers measurable value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product direction with commercial goals
- Continuously enhance the organiser journey to improve both organiser and attendee experience
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or complex transactional platforms
- Strong Agile delivery experience with iterative product releases
- High technical literacy and confidence working with engineers
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High-ownership mindset and user-centric approach
- Proven track record of turning roadmap items into successful launches
- Strong commercial awareness
Desirable Skills
- Experience in events, ticketing, or entertainment sectors
- Analytics or data-driven product experience
- Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and product development
