A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Deputy Head of PPC to join their expanding Paid Media team in Greater Manchester. This is a senior leadership role sitting just below Head of PPC, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead key client accounts, and play a central role in the continued growth of the paid media function.

The agency works across PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Digital PR, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from local businesses through to large national and international brands.

The Role

  • Lead strategy across key PPC accounts (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)
  • Oversee performance across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
  • Take ownership of high-value client relationships and campaign performance
  • Support and mentor PPC Executives and Managers
  • Contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals
  • Drive innovation across automation, AI and performance optimisation
  • Ensure campaigns deliver strong commercial outcomes (leads, revenue, ROAS)

  • 5+ years' experience in PPC / Paid Media roles
