Account Manager | Manchester | Up to £30,000 Basic Uncapped OTE A growing technology business is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing existing customer accounts rather than chasing cold new business. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, reconnect with dormant accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and help businesses adopt modern technology solutions. What you'll be doing: Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts Re-engaging inactive clients and identifying new revenue opportunities Building long-term relationships through consultative account management Selling a range of technology solutions including connectivity, cloud and communications Preparing proposals, negotiating deals and closing business Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience What they're looking for: Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development A consultative, relationship-led approach Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident managing multiple customer relationships Experience within technology, telecoms or IT is beneficial but not essential What's on offer: Up to £30,000 basic salary Uncapped OTE Manchester (Stretford office - 5 days per week) Genuine progression opportunities Existing customer accounts with plenty of growth potential If you're looking for a role where you can build long-term client relationships, maximise earning potential and develop your career within a growing business, I'd love to tell you more.
