We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer to support a large-scale Windows 11 and VDI transformation programme. Working at the intersection of endpoint engineering and advanced user support, you will play a key role in device deployment, application packaging, endpoint management, and troubleshooting across Microsoft's modern workplace ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Windows 11 laptop and VDI deployments, configuration, and user migration activities.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, operating system, Active Directory, and Group Policy issues.
- Manage application packaging and deployment using MSIX and Intune.
- Perform endpoint patching, image maintenance, and remediation activities.
- Support virtual desktop environments and collaborate with infrastructure teams.
