Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a Leeds-based organisation on a contract running until the end of January. This role is to provide immediate cover for a recent leaver, so we’re looking for someone to start ASAP!

Location: Leeds (3 days on site)

Contract: Until the end of January (could extend)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and setting up meetings
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Providing diary management and support
  • General office administration
  • Supporting senior stakeholders and assisting across the wider business
