We need someone in this role as soon as possible. If you're an experienced payroll professional ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you immediately. We're a growing business at an exciting point in our journey, and we're looking for a capable Payroll Advisor to join our HR function without delay. You'll play a central role in shaping our payroll operations - ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, every time.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing in line with legislation and internal controls
- Support and optimise payroll processes within Workday
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
- Drive continuous improvement across payroll processes and ways of working
- Work closely with HR and Finance to provide trusted, expert payroll advice
