We're working with a growing Managed Service Provider in Manchester who are looking to bring in an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to strengthen their technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a varied client base and wants to stay hands-on with a broad tech stack in a fast-paced MSP environment.
The Role
- Act as an escalation point for complex 2nd/3rd line issues across multiple client environments
- Administer and support Windows Server environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Support and maintain Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure AD, networking, storage)
- Work extensively with Active Directory (GPOs, permissions, replication, group structures)
- Troubleshoot networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
