I'm working with a growing business investing heavily in its in-house digital platforms, and they're looking to bring in a Senior / Lead Software Developer to play a key role in shaping and scaling their systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: 50% coding | 20% overseeing team members | 30% business engagement & architectural thinking.
Tech environment: JavaScript / TypeScript | React / Vue | Node / Python | REST APIs | Containers | Cloud.
You’ll be:
- Designing, building and scaling modern web platforms and Salesforce solutions.
- Building end-to-end features across web apps and Salesforce, including LWC.
- Designing REST API integrations between internal systems.
- Owning and overseeing the full software development lifecycle.
- Contributing to architecture, CI/CD and engineering standards.
- Working closely with C-suite stakeholders to turn real business processes into software.
- Supporting and mentoring other developers.
