Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Developer in C# .NET, with further experience leading and managing teams
- Experience leading projects, performing 1 to 1s, code reviews, and mentoring
- Experience liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into sophisticated software solutions
- Supply chain or logistics industry experience is desirable
- Azure experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead our team of 5 developers across junior to senior levels
- Support the team in coding to the best of their ability and following best development practices
- Help scale the team positively while upgrading our current products and creating new ones
- Oversee the full SDLC
- Provide technical direction and liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work flexibly in a role that can be as hands-on or hands-off as we need
- Support progression as the role grows toward director and C-suite level
