You will directly be reporting to the Team Leader and successfully manage the accounts. As an Account Manager, working within the Success Team, you will play a crucial role in empowering retailers to achieve success with the clients products and services. This dynamic role blends account management, customer sales and consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers within your extensive portfolio.
- Create and update training materials to facilitate product adoption including conducting regular account reviews to assess needs and provide solutions.
- Engage with prospects and clients, building a robust pipeline across a range of opportunities.
- Manage multiple complex sales processes, from identification to successful closure.
- Articulate the value of the Security solutions in comparison to competitive products.
- Assume responsibility for the overall territory and execute a strategic go-to-market plan.
- Build deeper, more strategic, and sustainable relationships with existing customers.
The Requirements
- Proven ability to maintain and develop positive client relationships over time.
- Talented consultative salesperson, continuously seeking new opportunities with existing clients
- 3+ years experience in Saas Sales as an Account Manager, hitting targets + KPI\’s
- Quick to adapt to new software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics and Ads, and Cloud POS.
- Willingness to travel between offices and to visit customers.
