- Keep up to date with new systems, updates, and diagnostic methods.
Skills and experience.

- Practical experience with dealer-level diagnostic equipment used to diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Current or recent experience using DiagBox (PSA Group) is essential.
- Strong fault-finding ability across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Confident talking through diagnostics and repair steps with other technicians.
- NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent is preferred, but time-served experience is also valued.
- Comfortable working at pace and staying organised in an office-based role.
Benefits.
- Salary circa £40,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience).
- 30 days' holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service.
- No weekend working.
- Training, development, and certification opportunities.
- Supportive, tech-driven team environment.
- Modern office with canteen, pool table, darts and table tennis.
