We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader – Complaints to lead a team that handles all complaints received in the Council ensuring they are responded to by the correct service and within required timescales. This is an active leadership role in the Information Governance service to develop and lead a citizen-focused and efficient team.
Job Description: Camden is already on an organisational journey – focusing on moving from processes (bureaucratic) to relationships and partnerships (relational), and the People and Inclusion division has a critical role in supporting the organisation to be able to operate in this way.
