Our local authority client based in South London are looking to appoint an experienced Team Leader for their Private Sector Housing Team.
The purpose of this role is to support the Service Manager in respect of development and operational management of the private sector housing functions including the borough wide private rented licensing scheme and the management of the private sector housing service including, tenancy sustainment and empty homes portfolio.
This role requires an experienced officer, preferably with a background in management but our client is willing to consider those who have been in this field 5 years.
Requirements include having the HHSRS and a background in local authority housing.
They require someone who can start ASAP, contract will run for an initial 3 months with a view of extending. They will pay £350 per day.
