Our client, a Local Authority in North London, is recruiting a Senior Planning Officer to assess a range of planning applications at all stages. You will conduct site visits, prepare written reports, and handle appeals, with occasional representation at Informal Hearings and Public Inquiries.
You will liaise with agents, applicants and the public, and provide informed pre-application advice to developers. You will also negotiate Section 106 planning obligations.
