The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Our client, a Local Authority in North London, is looking to appoint an Interim Project Manager to lead up to 3 new build housing projects (depending on size), through all RIBA stages, with a value per project of c£20m - £50m. Project will either be via a direct delivery or development partner model.

Responsibilities

  • You will have full responsibility for ensuring the projects for which you are responsible are delivered to cost (approved budget), quality and programme and meet project milestones.
  • To achieve this you will manage multi-disciplinary project teams of up to 25 individuals for each project, consisting of highly qualified professionals and other development delivery staff, including architects, specialist consultants, Employer’s Agents.
  • On a monthly basis you will be required to complete reports on Power BI to ensure that senior managers always have access to up-to-date project information.
  • One of your key tasks will be working to ensure funding is identified and project budgets are approved and monitored.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate for this role will have gained a significant amount of experience in a Local Authority / Social Housing setting with specific experience delivering new build housing schemes.
  • You will be suitably qualified with a relevant degree and ideally professional accreditation.
  • It is absolutely essential that you can manage through all RIBA stages end to end.

Compensation

The day rate is £400 (Inside IR35) and given the schemes you will manage the contract has potential to roll on for a long time.
