Osborne Richardson is recruiting for a Planning Obligations Officer for a contract with a South East London planning authority. You will support delivery, monitoring and enforcement of planning obligations, including Section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), ensuring development contributes to local infrastructure and community priorities.

You'll manage and monitor obligations, liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, and support collection of financial contributions.
