Our client, based in Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Licensing Team Leader to join them as soon as possible. The role supports the Regulatory Services Manager in delivering the full range of licensing functions, providing technical guidance to the team, and undertaking both proactive and reactive work, including premises inspections and responding to service requests.
Responsibilities
- Line management responsibility for up to three professional and technical staff, overseeing the delivery of the licensing work programme and supporting the strategic development of the service.
- Ensure service objectives, targets, and performance standards are clearly understood, monitored, and achieved across the team.
Qualifications
- Degree-educated or substantial experience in licensing administration, enforcement, or a related regulatory role.
Contract and Benefits
- This is a 3-month contract, full time, with hybrid working negotiable.
- Rates are negotiable from Β£45 per hour upwards, depending on experience.
