Our client, a leading Registered Provider, is seeking a Portfolio Contract Manager to lead their growing housing and property management portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Contracts and Support, you'll drive new business opportunities, mobilise new property/housing management contracts, embed strong governance and reporting frameworks, and manage strategic relationships with Property Investment Partners, Superior Landlords and Managing Agents.
You'll bring a degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience, a strong track record in housing or property management contract delivery, and solid knowledge of the regulatory framework for Registered Providers. Excellent financial, numerical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret KPIs, negotiate confidently, and manage multiple stakeholder relationships under pressure.
This is 3-6 month minimum contract role based in Central London, with hybrid working available.
£561/day (inside IR35).
