Production Operative
We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy food production facility in Warrenpoint.
This is an initial 4–6-week temporary contract, with potential to become permanent.
Pay: €14.82/£12.71 per hour
Shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday, 6pm–6am
Own transport essential due to the location and shift times.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely.
- Prepare, assemble and package food products.
- Follow production schedules and meet targets.
- Carry out quality checks and report any issues.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Complete basic production records.
- Work effectively as part of the production team.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area.
Key Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial.
- Own transport is essential.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused.
- Ability to follow procedures and complete training.
Desired Skills
- Previous food manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP or food safety.
- Experience operating production machinery.
- Previous night-shift experience.
