Early Years - Nursery Assistant (Lunchtime)
You will be supporting the daily operation of the nursery during the lunchtime period, which will include:
- Supervising children as they eat their dinner in the dining area and whilst playing and learning outside in the nursery garden.
- Serving food, promoting healthy eating habits and helping children with eating their dinner
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic lunchtime environment by helping to set up, clear, wash and tidy equipment, surfaces and utensils.
- Assisting with personal care routines, including toileting, changing nappies, dressing, handwashing and hygiene
- Encouraging the children's independence, social and emotional development through positive interaction, play and role modelling
