The Role
We are looking for a Court of Protection specialist with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience to join our well-established and fast growing team.
Our Court of Protection and PI Trusts team has seen significant growth and quality in instructions due to the firm’s commitment to exceptional standards in client care and in our quest to maintain high standards, we have an opening for an excellent fee earner who is as passionate as we are about protecting our clients’ interests. The team’s niche focus is to act for clients who have suffered an acquired brain injury and who have then received a high level of damages to fund their extensive needs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner who wishes to progress their career further and to grow with this firm.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the heads of department and other members of the team. Prior experience within the general private client areas of work would be an advantage.
Core Duties
- Day to day running of the Professional Deputyship matters with minimal supervision
- Day to day running of the Personal Injury Trusts matters with minimal supervision
- Contributing to marketing our services and the firm’s corporate objectives
- Undertaking any relevant and associated duties as directed
- Keeping skill set up-to-date and continually improving knowledge base required for Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts, and remaining Lexcel compliant.
Qualifications
Candidates must be qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives – Minimum 3 years PQE with proven track record of extensive and relevant experience.
