£13.00–£14.00 per hour | 12–18 hours per week
Majority office‑based with some local travel

Osborne Lettings is a Rent Smart Wales licensed, professional lettings and property management agency covering Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool and Torfaen. We’re looking for a Property Management Assistant to support our team with day‑to‑day operations, communication and compliance.

You’ll work closely with our Property Managers and Director, handling admin, maintenance coordination, utilities & council tax updates, documentation, check‑ins, and occasional viewings/inspections. A pool car is available for local travel.

Key Responsibilities
Office‑based admin & communication

Logging and coordinating maintenance

Utilities & Council Tax updates

Preparing tenancy documents

Routine inspections, check‑ins & occasional viewings

Supporting landlords and Contract Holders (Tenants)

Compliance tracking (Gas, EICR, EPC, RSW)

Skills & Experience
Strong admin or customer‑service background

Confident communicator

Good IT skills

Able to manage multiple tasks

Lettings/property experience beneficial but not essential. The right attitude is the winner.
