We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintaining upkeep of our care home. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in all aspects of maintenance, as well as supervisory experience. Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimise risks.
- General upkeep of the home such as painting & decorating.
- Maintain safety records and certificates in line with policy.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Skills
