Based in Bristol with hybrid working, you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape resourcing strategy, design robust assessment processes, and drive continuous improvement using market intelligence and data.
This role also involves mentoring Recruitment Advisors and coordinating with HRBPs and other teams.
