Wehave a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join oursupportive and friendly team. This role will be based in our Bristol office ona hybrid working basis.
Peopleare at the heart of our business. Our award-winning Recruitment team is highlyrespected for the central and strategic role it plays in making Osborne Clarkea great place to work. The team is made up of fourteen people, coveringrecruitment at all levels across our three UK offices. We focus on attractingthe best talent to the firm and work closely with the wider HR team to helpensure Osborne Clarke\’s continued growth and success.
What you\’ll do:
Reportingto one of our Recruitment Managers you will provide support to our Onboardingand Graduate team on a variety of administrative tasks.
Keyresponsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for queries from new joiners and internal stakeholders
- Standard administration practices for new joiner set ups
- Supporting onboarding project related work
- Carrying out right to work checks
- Monitoring background screenings for all new joiners, flagging and queries and discrepancies with the team
- Ensuring all documentation is received for each new joiner to facilitate practices within payroll.
- Working with the Graduate Recruitment team at peak periods to provide general administrative support
What we\’re looking for:
Weare seeking a candidate who has gained experience working in aRecruitment/Resourcing administration or support role. This may have beengained in an internal Recruitment or HR team, or within an agency environment.In addition to this we are looking for someone who can demonstrate thefollowing:
- Exceptional levels of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- A positive attitude and pro-active approach to work; asking others what might be needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding when information you are working with is confidential and how this should be treated
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in utilising MS office tools
