We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join theReal Estate team in our Bristol office. In this role you will have theopportunity to work on varied, high quality work for top quality commercialclients across all areas of our Real Estate practice.

Our team approach, industry knowledge and excellent communicationenable us to deliver a full and thorough service to our clients operatingacross our UK offices in Bristol, London and Reading.

We act for numerous PLC clients – often on a national, multiservice line panel basis. Our list of clients is impressive and includes:British Land, GLP, Barratt, Mirastar, Patrizia, M&S, DTZIM, AEG, M&G,PGIM, ICG, Taylor Wimpey, U&I, Indurent, Vodafone and Greystar to name afew.
The team
The real estate team is made up of over 100 lawyers, including 24Partners in the UK. The team works collaboratively in client teams across ourLondon, Bristol and Reading offices and the Bristol team comprises a largenumber of partners and experienced lawyers, running some of our largest clientrelationships. Louise Cartwright (Partner) leads the whole of the UK team.
Technical skills and experience
We are looking to appoint a very capable and dedicated lawyer witha genuine desire to develop their career as a rounded commercial propertylawyer. You will have some commercial property law experience gained at acity, national or large regional law firm recognised for its propertypractice. The role will involve transactional investment work, includingdealing with financings, and asset management of commercial assets in a varietyof sectors, so prior experience in these areas will be required. There may also be some opportunity to getinvolved in development projects. Due tothe nature of the work and structure of the team we are looking to appoint aSenior Associate in this area, however we are willing to consider candidateswith more or less experience.
