Osborne Clarke is seeking an Associate for our Restructuring & Insolvency team, based in London or Bristol on a permanent basis. You will join a leading practice advising on complex distressed situations across creditors, debtors, sponsors, and insolvency practitioners.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with experience in restructuring, insolvency, and/or special situations, and the ability to work across both contentious and non-contentious matters in a collaborative firm culture.
