The team comprises 10 Partners, 3 Associate Directors, 5 Senior Associates, 5 Associates, and 5 Paralegals.
Responsibilities Trade mark portfolio management, including advice on branding strategy; Clearance searching and advice on overcoming third party risks; Trade mark prosecution, including preparation of arguments, evidence and submissions and attendance at hearings; Dealing with contentious IPO proceedings; A particular focus on UKIPO and EUIPO proceedings, including oppositions, revocation and invalidity actions.· Key Skills and Experience Qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney specialising in portfolio management, having gained relevant experience with a firm with a strong IP reputation, or from a suitable in-house position; Sound knowledge of UK and EU trade mark law and practice; Experience of managing national and international trade mark portfolios; Excellent time management and attention to detail.
