Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of internal training and knowledge‑sharing activities, ensuring sessions are well‑planned, clearly communicated and seamlessly delivered.

- Plan the practice group‑wide trainee induction for each March and September intake to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience.
- Support Knowledge Lawyers with the preparation and publication of client and internal materials, such as newsletters, blogs and insights, by proofreading, formatting and scheduling content, applying appropriate categories and tags, and sharing updates through the relevant internal channels.
- Maintain trackers, databases and document folders so materials are current, consistently named and easy to find.
- File, archive and apply version control in line with firm standards, and produce regular summaries, meeting packs and metrics on training and knowledge outputs.
- Engage with AI‑enabled knowledge tools to support search, tagging and content preparation, provide constructive feedback on functionality, assist with testing and training materials, and use the tools in line with governance, confidentiality and data‑security requirements.
- Share core materials with new joiners, signpost key resources and arrange introductory training, as well as coordinate bookings for approved external training where required.
- Triage enquiries about knowledge resources and systems, help users find the right materials, and elevate queries to Knowledge Lawyers where appropriate.
Reporting
This role will report to a Knowledge Lawyer within the Projects, Real Estate and Finance (PREF) practice group but will support all Knowledge Lawyers in that practice group. The PREF Knowledge team is led by our Head of PREF Knowledge (also a Debt Finance Knowledge Lawyer).
