We’re building a new in‑house creative team at Osborne Clarke to transform how we show up as a brand across our digital channels and flagship campaigns. As our Senior Designer, you’ll be instrumental in helping reshape our creative approach and driving the evolution of our digital brand, especially our global website. You’ll balance hands‑on design with creative stewardship, setting the bar for design quality, championing new ideas and managing a small team to deliver work that is distinctive, flexible and effective. This is a key role for someone who wants to help shape the future of a professional services brand, not just deliver it. We are happy for the role to be based in either our London or Bristol office with hybrid working.

Design exceptional creative

  • Deliver the design vision for key campaigns and everyday brand activity, from concept through to final delivery, guiding the team at handover and execution stages.
  • Support the evolution of our social media presence with content and formats that engage and stand out in a crowded B2B environment.
  • Elevate how animation is used across our brand and content by shaping where and how we apply motion and creating assets that are scalable across channels.
  • Oversee the creative delivery of our recurring campaigns and marketing requests, ensuring the team balances BAU delivery with space for creative exploration.

Shape our digital brand and website

  • Work with the Senior Brand and Creative Manager to shape and evolve our brand expression across all channels, with a particular focus on digital.
  • Partner with our digital and development teams to evolve our website by continuously improving its UX and UI, creating accessible, visually engaging layouts and components that support key audience goals.
  • Guard and evolve our digital design system in Figma, ensuring a consistent, scalable and flexible experience across the site and related digital touchpoints.
  • Define best‑practice use of Ceros and Foleon to create rich, interactive and on‑page content experiences that complement and extend OC.com.

Manage and grow the team

  • Manage, mentor and develop a newly formed small creative team working across design, digital and motion graphics.
  • Foster a collaborative, idea‑led team with a strong test and learn mindset.
  • Plan and manage team workload and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Partner with the business

  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing, BD and communications teams to ensure creative is aligned to business goals, campaign goals and audience needs.
  • Confidently present and articulate creative concepts, rationale and design decisions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers and production partners, ensuring they understand and deliver to our brand standards.

About You

  • Strong experience in a senior design role in‑house or in an agency working on corporate/B2B brands, with a strong digital focus and appreciation of brand guidelines.
  • Track record of leading design projects from concept to delivery, and guiding other designers through execution.
  • Works collaboratively with digital, development and marketing teams on campaigns and projects.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and flexible with the ability to embrace and capitalise on change.
  • Able to work to tight and competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Self‑starter, proactive. Able to work in change/ambiguity.
  • Personal integrity and high standards at work.
  • Business pragmatism and commercial mindset.
  • High degree of empathy and emotional awareness.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or similar for motion), Figma for design components and systems, and familiarity with tools such as Ceros and Foleon or similar platforms.
