Osborne Clarke is seeking a CMI Team Lead for its New Business Intake (NBI) team based in Bristol. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office, and focuses on workflow management, capacity planning and governance to ensure high service levels and compliant delivery of CMI tasks.
You will partner with Senior Officers on training, quality assurance and incident management, while mentoring CMI Assistants and supporting development within OC’s values.
