After a long period of sustained growth and the launch of our new 2030 strategy, Osborne Clarke is investing further in our Central Campaigns team, creating an opportunity for a Campaign Marketing Executive based in our Bristol office. This role will help shape and deliver firm‑wide, multi‑channel campaigns across our priority sectors and services, driving client awareness, engagement and enquiries in line with our strategic priorities. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working.

The Campaign Marketing Executive will be a key member of our Central Campaigns team, working closely with marketing, business development and practice teams across the firm. You will support the planning and delivery of integrated, insight‑led campaigns and help ensure consistent, effective execution across channels, sectors and international offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Delivery: Support the Central Campaigns team in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to firm‑wide strategic priorities. Work with Marketing & BD colleagues to help translate campaign objectives into clear, measurable outcomes and help convert these into practical activity plans. Coordinate activity and information across practices, sectors and international teams and offices to ensure consistent campaign delivery. Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaign channels (e.g. email, website, social, collateral, events) with appropriate guidance. Monitor campaign spend against agreed budgets, maintaining simple budget trackers and supporting the processing of POs and invoices.
  • Audience Insight, Data & Optimisation: Support the development and refinement of target audience profiles and segmentation to inform targeting, messaging and channel selection. Build and maintain targeted mailing lists, track and report on campaign and event performance, and maintain clear records and dashboards.
  • Content & Communications: Draft and coordinate content for campaign‑related communications, including web copy, email campaigns, social posts and basic video or podcast briefs. Brief the Brand & Communications and Digital Channels teams on campaign requirements, ensuring they have clear and accurate information, messaging and timelines. Ensure all campaign materials are on‑brand, accurate, legally compliant and approved by relevant stakeholders.
  • Events & Campaign Activations: Work with the Events team and relevant lawyers to deliver campaign‑related events (in‑person, virtual and hybrid). Coordinate invite lists, delegate communications and collateral, and support on‑day logistics where required.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build effective working relationships with Marketing & BD colleagues, lawyers and business services teams involved in campaigns. Confidently take clear briefs from internal stakeholders, asking sensible questions to clarify objectives, audiences and key messages.
  • Systems, Processes & Development: Support the development and maintenance of campaign collateral libraries and central assets. Contribute to the continual refinement of central campaign processes, tools and templates, sharing ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify and pursue relevant training and development opportunities. Carry out any other tasks reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Central Campaigns and wider Sales & Marketing team.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in a marketing executive role in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting the delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns and/or programmes.
  • Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools and digital channels, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Ability to interpret basic campaign metrics, test simple variations and draw out clear, practical insights to inform future activity.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build good working relationships across marketing, business development and legal teams.
  • CIM or similar marketing qualification (achieved or working towards) is an advantage but not essential.
