  • Content creation & campaign delivery: Produce high-quality social content for campaigns, brand activity, employer branding and wider firm initiatives. Manage and optimise paid social campaigns (particularly via LinkedIn Business Manager) to maximise performance, effectiveness and value for money. Ensure all content is on-brand, audience-focused and tailored for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. Create best-practice guidance, templates and training materials, and deliver sessions for business stakeholders to support effective content creation.
  • Channel management & optimisation: Manage social media platforms and tools such as Sprout Social, LinkedIn Business Manager and employee advocacy platforms, ensuring the team maximises their features and capabilities. Track and evaluate social channel performance to optimise future engagement and planning. Monitor sentiment, engagement and reputation across social channels, escalating issues as required. Support crisis communications response on social channels, as required.
  • Stakeholder engagement & governance: Build strong relationships with partners, lawyers, PAs and marketing and business development colleagues, providing proactive, practical social media support. Create and manage an effective social media approvals process that balances governance with agility. Support the development of clear processes and workflows (e.g. using tools such as monday.com) to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Measurement, insight & continuous improvement: Drive measurable growth in social engagement, audience size and ROI. Interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve content and campaigns. Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms and features, identifying opportunities for innovation and improved audience engagement.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering a range of social media and content projects in a complex, professional environment, with the confidence to work independently with senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, creative mindset that drives innovation while maintaining strong adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Professional, proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Confident and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Calm and resilient under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Strong understanding of content performance, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities in social and digital content.
  • Excellent project management, time management and organisation skills, with precise attention to detail including spelling, grammar and proofreading.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful outcomes and ROI.
  • Strong experience creating organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, plus expertise in LinkedIn Business Manager for managing paid social campaigns.
  • Ability to create and refine efficient processes that enhance productivity.
  • Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, including developing clear briefs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Approachable and effective communicator, skilled at translating technical concepts into practical terms and supporting colleagues across the business.
  • Strong social listening, reputation monitoring and governance experience, with the ability to identify risks early and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong process and workflow management skills (e.g. monday.com).
