We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to join our Real Estate service line in our Bristol office, working within the residential development team. The practice Osborne Clarke LLP has an outstanding reputation in real estate due to the quality and breadth of our client base and the value and complexity of the work we undertake. We have made a long-term investment in our real estate practice both in the UK and internationally, offering extensive expertise in residential development, regeneration, RE investment, RE funds, logistics, student accommodation, commercial development, telecommunication, utilities & energy and retail.
Residential developers rely on our strong expertise to see their developments through from concept to completion. We provide comprehensive advice across the entire project lifecycle and our team operates across areas from acquisition through affordable housing, build to rent / PRS sales, site set up, management structures and infrastructure agreements to name a few. The residential development team works on a national basis across offices in Bristol, Reading and London on a comprehensive range of top developments and market-leading transactional work across all real estate asset classes.
The practice is supplemented by strong real estate litigation, construction, planning, tax and plots / site set up departments all of which form part of a powerhouse residential development practice.
Our clients include numerous market-leading residential development clients (both PLC and SME businesses) – often on a national, multi-service line panel basis. Our list of clients includes Barratt Redrow, Crest, Taylor Wimpey, Places for People, Sovereign Network Group, M&G, British Land and Greystar, to name a few.
The real estate department is made up of 75 lawyers in total including 22 Partners in the UK. The team is also supported by dedicated affordable housing, site set-up and plots administration and conveyancing teams. In addition, the team is supported by OC Solutions - our award-winning in-house legal innovations and technology team.
We are looking to appoint a dedicated lawyer with experience across a broad range of residential development matters. Due to the growth of the business, nature of the work and structure of the team we are looking to appoint an Associate in this area, however we are willing to consider candidates with more or less experience. We are happy to consider NQ-level solicitors with relevant experience for this position.
