OA are delighted to be recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of our clients' highly successful and fast-growing businesses. You will report to the Supply Chain & License Manager, and work closely with the Commercial Directors and Logistics Team to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain process from start to finish. We are looking for somebody who is eager to join a busy team in a fast-moving business.
Location: Turnford, Broxbourne
Hours: 09.00 - 5.30 Monday - Friday. 1 year fixed term contract. Working at Turnford fully until probation passed at 6 months, then the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 - depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Processing new contracts received from Commercial colleagues
- Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
- Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
- Planning production with the supplier
- Liaising with the supplier and customers
- Tracking orders of products from shipment to delivery
- Sending regular updates to customers
- Raising letters of credit for suppliers weekly
- Tracking new products
- Producing weekly stock reports
- Updating Arrival V licence sheet & clearing bond action
- Sending customer invoices
- Stock forecasting
- Working with other teams within the business to ensure a cohesive approach
- Monitoring usage of import licences, tracking imports into the UK and administering licence invoices
- General administration and office support
Skills:
- Has 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Has high accuracy and attention to detail (crucial)
- Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Has a problem-solving attitude
- Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
- Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Must have excellent Excel skills, advanced (will be working with multiple linked spreadsheets daily)
- Must be flexible
- Is proactive, with the ability to work using own initiative
- Has the ability to work in a team
- Has a Driving licence
