An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Account Manager to join OA's driven and highly successful team. Who are we? OA is an award winning recruitment agency offering bespoke solutions to a wide variety of clients. We believe our success requires everyone's participation and are looking for a hungry, adaptable and open minded Account Manager to join our OA Solutions team.
This is a part time role based in Wigan / Haydock for 16–20 hours per week (4–5 hours per day), with flexibility to increase as needed for holiday cover. As an Account Manager, you will be focused on strategically managing the account and client relationship and sourcing new temporary staff for our large scale Solutions clients. This role will be based on-site in Hatfield with some occasional travel to our office in Milton Keynes. Applicants must be able to drive with their own car.

Duties of an Account Manager:
- Sourcing new temporary staff through a variety of candidate attraction strategies
- Manage the temporary workforce on a day to day basis, including payroll & performance management
- Log all communication on our internal CRM
- Ensure all right to work records are fully compliant at all times
