Hours: Part time – 30 hours across either 4 or 5 days
Salary: £12.82 per hour
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Administrator to join our client's successful team on a temporary basis during a busy peak period. This role is to start immediately and is expected to last a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to extend to 6 months.

Our client is a well-established and fast-paced business who are looking for additional support within their technical and finance administration function during a particularly busy period.

Duties of an Administrator:
- Raising purchase orders and GR’ing when required
- Reacting to finance queries and liaising with the relevant departments to resolve issues
- Processing and maintaining holiday and sickness records
- Keying payroll information accurately
- Recording hours spent across various projects
- General administration support to the wider team
- Managing and updating records using internal systems
What we would like from you:
- Previous administration experience
- Experience processing purchase orders is essential
- SAP experience would be advantageous
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads effectively
