Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Breaks: 10:45–11:00 | Lunch: 1:00–2:00 | Break: 3:45–4:00)

Duties of a Warehouse Team Leader:

  • Support the smooth running of daily warehouse operations
  • Oversee dispatch readiness, collections, goods out, and customer requests
  • Act as the Warehouse Manager’s right-hand person, helping keep operations running efficiently
  • Carry out HSE / housekeeping checks and maintain warehouse standards
  • Support the team with hands-on warehouse duties where required
  • Manage KPIs, accuracy checks, and operational admin

  • Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a hands-on approach
  • Confident using systems and able to quickly learn new WMS platforms, booking systems, and delivery portals
