OA are recruiting for a Product Specialist to join our client’s growing team. The successful candidate will work remotely across the South East, delivering seating assessments, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions for individuals with care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with field sales experience who is passionate about making a genuine difference to people's lives.

Location: Watford. Field based.

Hours: Monday to Friday. 42.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,000-£42,000 + uncapped quarterly commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct person-centred assessments in homes, hospitals, care homes and community settings.
  • Demonstrate specialist products and recommend suitable solutions based on individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, healthcare professionals, carers and families.
  • Prepare assessment reports, quotations and supporting documentation.
  • Manage your own diary of assessments, demonstrations, follow-up visits and training sessions.
  • Deliver product education and training to customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain demonstration equipment, company vehicle and stock.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to support business growth.
  • Support the wider team with customer deliveries and operational activities when required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in field sales, ideally within medical devices, assistive technology or a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of clinical seating principles is desirable, although full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy field-based schedule.
  • Full UK driving licence.
